You chose when you'd like to do what, because it's your time! Winding down, letting yourself be you and focus on your wellbeing.
All instructors have first-aid certificates and are fully qualified swimmers who are accompanied by kayak. Swims ca. 2 - 3 km in length, twice per day. Locations may vary depending on conditions.

Accommodation at tranquil Karma Chalets in Denmark.
The chalets provide comfort, peacefulness and relaxation surrounded by nature.
